Return Policy

Si Balcón offers a 7-day appreciation period. If you wish to return or exchange an order,

please be sure to inform us by leaving a message or emailing within 7 days of receiving the goods. After confirming the contact,

please send back the item to be returned or exchanged along with the unified invoice, packaging, and gifts (if any).

|Note, situations where returns or exchanges cannot be processed|

① When the 7-day period for returns or exchanges has been exceeded. (Overdue returns)

② The product has been opened or used.

③ The product has not maintained its original packaging, has been damaged, destroyed, or is incomplete (for example, the electrical wire has been cut short)

➃ The invoice is lost

➄ The appreciation period is not a trial period, if upon inspecting the product you find any issues, please do not open and use it,

and immediately follow the return guidelines to process the return.

|Warranty Information|

① During the warranty period, if the product has any issues, please take photos and briefly describe the issue and send it to the email info@si-balcon.com,

After confirmation, if the issue is a manufacturing defect, Si Balcón will provide free repair, or replace it with the same (or equivalent) model product

(The warranty period for light fixture series: 18 months)


② This service guarantee does not cover failures caused by factors other than product defects, including but not limited to:

(a) Natural disasters, earthquakes, lightning strikes, or other accidents

(b) Misuse, abuse, negligent usage causing physical damage

(c) Repairs, modifications, disassembly performed by personnel unauthorized by Little Balcony


③ The scope of this service guarantee does not include any damage or loss of consumable items provided with the product

(such as charging cable sets) and accessories (like packaging materials, instruction manuals, etc.).


④ Oxidation inherent to the material itself is not covered by the warranty
